| Irish change law to hit Chinese vendors No Huawei at all, at all The Irish government has amended its Communications Regulations Bill 2022 sao it can blacklist Chinese networking equipment vendors. The bill upgrades regulations covering Ireland's telecommunications and mentions "enhanced consumer protection and bolstering national authorities' enforcement abilities". While Huawei is not named the law changes restrict equipment from "high-risk vendors" that are "subjected to interference by a third country" from getting near Ireland's telecom infrastructure. https://fudzilla.com/news/network/55...hinese-vendors |
