Default Intel Ice Lake Gen 10 Core is out

10nm with a big push on Intel Iris Plus Graphics

Intel has officially announced the 11 PC notebook SKYs of the 10 Generation Intel core processors. The one that we know as Ice Lake clocks and specs are out, and Ran Senderovitz VP Mobile product marketing Intel client computing group shared a bit details.

Ran mentioned 11 SKUs divided in U series and Y series Core i3, Core i5 and Core i7. He was specific that this is just the beginning for the 10th generation and that there will be more processors and solutions at a later date.

They are all based on the Suny cover 10nm microarchitecture and have the new AI inference instruction set that will help in thin and light form factor. All 10th generation U and Y processors support Deep learning boost.

The full list is below, but let's mention at least the top SKUs. The Core i7 1068G7 has four cores and eight-thread support, 64 EUs of Intel Iris Plus graphics, 8 GB cache and 28W TDP. This bad boy will run at 2.3GHz base clock and 4.1 GHz in maximum single-core turbo and maximal all core turbo of 3.6 GHz, The GPU runs at 1.1 GHz.
Core i10 U series

Core i7 1065G7 has four cores and eight-thread support, 64 EUs of Intel Iris Plus graphics, 8 GB cache and 15/25W TDP. The base clock starts at 1.3GHz and ends at 3.9 GHz in maximum single-core turbo and maximal all core turbo of 3.5 GHz; The GPU runs at 1.1 GHz.

Core i5 1035G7 has four cores and eight-thread support, 64 EUs of Intel Iris Plus graphics, 6 GB cache and 15/25W TDP. It is important to notice that even at Core i5 top-end Tier Intel is using the whole 64 EUs for graphics and just 50 MHz slower clocked GPU at 1.05 GHz. The base clock starts at 1.1 GHz and ends at 3.7 GHz in maximum single-core turbo and maximal all core turbo of 3.3 GHz.
