Mike DeWine took time from his busy schedule of forcing ten-year-old sexual abuse victims to have babies, to complain that Intel is stinging it for huge amounts of cash to build a chip factory. DeWine moaned that Intel is threatening to delay a massive manufacturing facility in order to gain "leverage" with Congress.
