 |  Infosys boss’s relative now rules the UK What could possibly go wrong? The son-in-law of Infosys founder N R Narayana Murthy is the replacement for lettuce Liz Truss as the UK prime minister. Rishi Sunak was born in Southampton, England, to parents of Indian descent in 1980 and married Akshata Murthy in 2009. Murthy is an Indian national and IT outsourcing giant Infosys is the family business. Her dad is the CEO, and she owns a per cent of the outfit. Sunak has also done well as an investment banker, and the pair have a net worth of £730 million more if you melt them down for soap. Sunak's anointment has led to enthusiastic expressions of support from India, with Prime minister Narendra Modi linking Sunak to the Hindu holiday of Diwali.
