| Hardware makers rush to ARM Windows 10 HP, Asus and Lenovo join the arms race HP, Asus and Lenovo will be the first hardware makers to churn out ARM-based Windows 10 PCs. Qualcomm says the three vendors will be making PCs with its Snapdragon 835 SoC (system-on-chip) and its X16 LTE chipset for wireless broadband connectivity.
