 |  Gigabyte announces AORUS Gen5 14000 SSD The newest AORUS Gen5 14000 SSD is Gigabyte's successor to the AORUS Gen5 12000 series and comes with Phison's 12nm PS5026-E26 Gen5 controller paired up with a 232-layer 3D TLC NAND. Although officially rated at 14GB/s sequential transfer speeds, different capacities hit different peak speeds, with the 2TB version peaking at 14.5GB/s read and 12.7GB/s write sequential performance.
