GPU Cooler from ARCTIC COOLING on GALAXY’s GeForce 7600 GS DDR2 „PASSIVE“

Optimized Cooling Solution for NVIDIA’s GeForce 7600 Series

Pfäffikon / Switzerland, 18.07.2006: Swiss cooler manufacturer ARCTIC COOLING develops passive cooling solution for „GeForce 7600 GS DDR2 PASSIVE“ for the globally recognized graphic card manufacturer GALAXY TECHNOLOGY. This fanless cooling solution guarantees absolute silence and the highest reliability. Significantly better heat conductivity is achieved thanks to 100% pure Australian Aluminum. Further the heatsink has been optimized for the best natural convection possible and thus allows for 70% higher airflow.

In addition the cooler is integrated into the PC case ventilation and allows for an identical cooling performance even for SLi configurations. The high performance thermal compound (MX-1) allows for optimal heat transfer even after years of use. In addition the cooler has a retention mechanism which utilizes four specially designed supports. These supports prevent the heatsink from rotating and guarantees safe transportation.

Key Features of Geforce 7600GS DDR2
# Next-Generation Superscalar GPU architecture
# NVIDIA CineFX 4.0 engine
# 64-bit floating point texture filtering and blending
# NVIDIA UltraShadow II technology
# True high dynamic-range (HDR) lighting support
# NVIDIA Intellisample 4.0 technology
# NVIDIA ForceWare Unified Driver Architecture (UDA)
