 |  FSP BlueStorm 400W The BlueStorm PSU is, as its name suggests, blue - ranging from the package, to the PSU body itself and even the enormous fan inside, all are painted in blue. Another look at the package provides us with good news in the noise aspect - only 23dB under 50% load. Note that the regular noise of the environment is about 20dB, so this PSU is pretty much inaudible - great news for those who like to keep their computer as quiet as possible. http://www.hwzone.co.il/reviewseng.p...uestorm400-eng
