Long-time users have voiced many complaints about these changes, but Google has primarily ignored this feedback. Disgruntled users are more likely to complain online, and Fitbit's recent announcement has received 1,523 mostly negative replies. Another forum thread requesting to keep the web dashboard has 601 upvotes and complaints on Reddit.
