| Evercool Ice Storm Overall Evercool Ice Storm is a nice HDD cooler although it can’t deliver very high performance, but it is still acceptable. The main advantage of the Ice Storm is its affordable price. With only $20, you can get a temperature monitoring plus cross flow HDD cooler, which is definitely a value buy.
