Default A-DATA 256Gb SSD promises 250Mb/s Read & 160Mb/s Write

The 300 Plus line includes 32GB, 64GB, 128GB, and 256GB variants, and A-Data claims those drives can reach a sustained 250MB/s during reads—that's about 9% faster than the 500GB XPG's 230MB/s. However, top write speed ratings are the same for both drives (160MB/s). A-Data attributes the 300 Plus series' higher read performance to a "special" mobile SDRAM buffer.
