| Crytek shows of CryEngine 3 for multi-platform As the Game Developers Conference kicks off, Crytek has given the press a peek at its next game engine—and it's not what you think. Apparently, instead of making PCs sweat with even fancier graphics, Crytek has made its new engine scale down to work on current high-definition consoles. You wouldn't necessarily know it from looking at the graphics the engine can whip up, however. http://techreport.com/discussions.x/16624

| Extremely nice for a console, also can notice some upgrades to the physics and fog/mist effects that I don't recall in Cysis Warhead. Nice to see Crytek realizing optimizing their engine to lower grade hardware was in their best interests! Is a far cry from the original Crysis. |
