| Countervailing Duties Removed from Hynix Semiconductor’s Products in EU Earlier in April the council of the European Union formally adopted a decision to lift countervailing duties on imports of dynamic random access (DRAM) memory chips from South Korea manufactured by Hynix Semiconductor.
