Chuwi has consistently produced decent budget tablet PCs as a viable alternative for those who wish to own Surface-like devices, but yet cannot fork out an incredibly high price for it. The Hi 10 Plus is another Chuwi device that seems to fit the criteria as a value-for-money tablet PC for students and executives alike....
