The eight-core version will have up to 20 MB Intel smart cache and it will support Turbo boost 2 technology. Following tradition, Broadwell-E will support Hyperthreading technology as well as overclocking with Extreme Edition X and K SKUs. Intel calls this processor line HEDT (High End DeskTop processor line) and the new processor supports 4-channel DDR4 2400 memory with 1 DIMM per channel. http://fudzilla.com/news/processors/...ore-in-q1-2016 |
