Caseking exclusive: BitFenix Spectre Pro – Fans With Unique Design and Functionality

Berlin, 23rd of November 2011 – BitFenix is known for their extravagant enclosures like the Colossus, Shinobi or Raider, which do not offer unique looks, but extraordinary features and excellent build quality. The same applies to their first fan series by the name of Spectre, which managed to convince with their silent operation and unbeatable price. The new Spectre Pro series continues the trend, but offers a new and innovative design and functionality with LED lighting aspects.

The new Spectre Pro series expands the line-up of fans properly, by offering cooling units with a higher rotation speed. These have a higher air flow to cool even the hottest computer components. To still offer the ability to keep the system quiet, the BitFenix engineers had to be creative resulting in the innovative and refreshing new look.

As part of this, the fan blades feature an unique design to keep the air turbulence and thus the noise to a minimum. Its dual frame design helps in keeping the vibrations in check, while the high quality Fluid Dynamic Bearing from the Spectre series has also found its way into the Pro variants.

Offering the same wide range of fans found with the traditional Spectre series, the Pro versions are also available from 120 mm units up to 230 mm behemoths, with all the popular sizes covered. The Pro line includes an all black version without LEDs and various variants with build-in lighting. The latter units also offer the option to turn off the LED lighting.

Thanks to the separate 2-pin cabling of the LEDs within the fan, you may connect the lighting directly to the power LED connector of the motherboard or adjust the LEDs with the Hydra System from BitFenix.

With this barrage of features, the BitFenix Spectre Pro offer an incredible price / performance level with unmatched functionality. In addition to the screws, BitFenix includes four rubber pins for vibration free mounting and a 7V low noise adapter with each Spectre Pro fan.

The BitFenix Spectre Pro fans will be available from the 8th of December, starting at 8.90 Euro exclusively at www.caseking.de
