Also included, are 2 gigabit Ethernet ports, 3 USB 3.0 ports, 2 USB 2.0 ports, and 2 eSATA ports for added expansion possibilities. Additionally, the AS7004T boasts a specialized cooling system featuring a single extra-large fan and dedicated heat pipes that work with the ingeniously designed disk tray vents to allow air to flow from the front to the back of the device, effectively cooling the CPU and hard disks. Furthermore, the ADM smart fan control mechanism effectively controls the fan speed, providing an extremely quiet operating experience. Furthermore, support for SMB 2.0 increases Windows networking performance by 30%-50%.
