Default Asustek and Acer see LCD monitor sales growing

Asustek Computer and Acer are doing rather well flogging their LCD monitors.

According to Digitimes, Asustek is dominating in the gaming sector and seen over 30 percent growth in Europe in 2015. Acer rules North America and is a top-three vendor in the Asia Pacific area.

There are five LCD monitor brand vendors –– Dell, Philips, HP, Lenovo and Samsung. Acer, Asustek, BenQ and ViewSonic are the also rans.
While Asustek is not seeing off the first-tier vendors in the desktop LCD monitor sector it has strong brand recognition in the gaming market and this has boosted its gaming monitor sales.
