|  My XFX 7800GT fan sensor is f*cked up -- it runs at 100% at all times, it should decrease to 43% speed in 3D and 25% in 2D but it doesn't.. which makes the card's cooler very loud (~50dBA @ 30cm). I unplugged the fan , powered on the system, and plugged it back in, this seemed to temporary resolve the issue. But after a cold boot the problem is back and the fan is running at 100% again... really annoying
