| Antec Performance CPU Cooler I don’t know why the fan would perform so poorly, there was no visible damage, no vibrations, and it seems to spin freely. The rest of the cooler is so obviously an excellent design. If the cooler came with a better fan, and stayed at the same price point, I would say it would be better than coolers more than twice the price
