Icon17 AMD Ultra Value Platform Information

  1. Cost optimized solution: Low power processor enable new form factors and a lower Bill of Materials
  2. The PC experience users Expect: More than Nettops and Netbooks, AMD UVC offers traditional PC performance, it will be paired with AMD 690 or AMD 740 chipset for a high quality visual experience
  3. Standard platform infrastructures: The 2 CPUs that are part of UVC use socket s1g1 for notebooks and AM2 for desktops, this enables a better time to market and lower development costs
