| AMD quad-core Raven Ridge APU spotted Zen-based CPU with possible Vega-based GPU An unnamed AMD Raven Ridge APU has been spotted in SiSoftware database showing a bit more details about the upcoming Zen-based APU from AMD. As detailed and rumored earlier, AMD's Raven Ridge APUs are expected to use Zen-based CPU architecture cores paired up with Vega-based GPU architecture. The engineering sample spotted in SiSoftware database is a quad-core/eight-thread part, ticking at 3.0GHz base and 3.3GHz Boost CPU clocks. It also has 2MB (4x512kB) of L2 and 4MB of L3 cache. The GPU part of the APU has 11 Compute Units and with 64 Stream Processors per CU, it ends up at a total of 704 Stream Processors. The GPU works at 800MHz and pumps out 572.6Mpix/s. http://fudzilla.com/news/processors/...ge-apu-spotted |
