 |  AMD Dooms Nvidia in benchmarks AMD has apparently given Nvidia a good thrashing at 4K in early benchmarks of Doom. Early benchmarks using the Doom alpha were performed by GameGPU and can be seen as a spanking for Nvidia. The benchmarks are from an early build of Doom, without any platform-specific optimizations done, so things will only get better. The Doom alpha was run on an Intel Core i7-5960X, GIGABYTE X99 UD7 WIFI with 32 GB DDR4 2666 MHz RAM http://fudzilla.com/news/graphics/40...-in-benchmarks |
