| AMD AM4-based system spotted in the wild AMD announced the consolidation of its current trio of desktop APU/CPU sockets into a unified AM4 socket all the way back in January at the Consumer Electronics Show. At the time, AMD disclosed that future "Summit Ridge" and "Bristol Ridge" chips would arrive to fill this socket, but did not offer any additional information.
