| 90nm Athlon 64 Winchester Info the Athlon 64 3500+ (2.2Ghz) based on 90nm "Winchester" core packed with 512KB of L2 cache just like the "Newcastle" but the die size is much smaller at ~83mm2 compared to 144mm2. http://www.vr-zone.com/?i=966&s=1
