| 140mm Fan Roundup Many housing or cooler already allow the use of 140mm fans. The advantage over smaller models is obvious: It is possible at lower speeds matter more or air to move. A good example is the model of Xigmatek (XLF-F1454) which can carry 108m ³ / h at 1000rpm. The 12cm model, however, required 1500rpm to reach 103m ³ / hr. Furthermore, the bearings are less affected by wear, the lower speeds. It is important, however, that the bearings are manufactured using better and more accurately, since this could lead to more substantial bearing on the loops by the longer wing rotor. Let's start now with the observations of the subjects. http://hardware-academy.org/reviews/...r-roundup.html
