| what thermal adhesive is better? Just used my last bit of thermal adhesive so need to buy new. Not quiet sure which one is the best so maybe someone here can tell me. As far as I know there are some common thermal adhesives around which can be found in a lot of shops. - arctic alumina - artic silver adhesive - Zallman thermal adhesive - just some epoxy in the local DIY shop I think we can remove the epoxy from the local DIY shop because I don't think they are designed for heat conduction (correct me if I'm wrong) So there are still 3 in the running. I only got some experience with the adhesive of zallman and tbh it's very strong, very fast to apply but it doesn't look like a very good thermal conductor and it gets hard in the tubes after a while. So which one of the 3 is worth buying and hopefully doesn't get hard in the tube because I think I can do a few years with just 1 tube. edit: also looking for a decent NB coolers for NF4 mobo (not lots of space between VGA card en mobo) someone knows which coolers are great for this? |
