| Plexiglass Restoration I just got this wicked-cool hexagonal end-table thing, make of 6 legs which join together in the middle, with 2 making a full H, and 4 being half-H shaped pieces, all very intricately carved mahogany. On top of these is a piece of smoked plexiglass which is about 12-14 inches on each side and also in a hexagon shape. The problem is that this thing has clearly been around a while, and the plexiglass has a bunch of slaoow scratches (surface blemishes only) and I was wondering if any of you knew of anything I could apply to this to smooth it out and restore the glassy finish, or have tried anything and know if it works? |
