Default overclock memory

Im planning to seriously overclock my new pc (100% gaming) but the only thing i havent decided on is what and how much ram to take.

It has be atleast 512MB DRR and the cost around 240€.

New PC Specs:
- Antec Plusview Performance 1000AMG
- OCZ PowerStream OCZ520ADJ 520W (ATX)
- AMD Athlon64 3200+ (Socket 939, 2.0GHz, 512Kb Cache, Boxed, Winchester)
- ThermalRight XP-120 (K8/P4) (S178/754/939/940)
- Enermax 120mm Fan (UC-12FAB)
- Asus A8N-SLI Deluxe
- Maxtor 300GB 7200RPM 6B300S0 SATA 16MB (Diamondmax 10)
- MSI NX6800GT-T2D 256MB DDR3 Tv-Out Dual DVI (PCI-Express16)

I would go for 1GB ram
