Default Need Advice on computer build for work

Hello Everyone!

APPROXIMATE PURCHASE DATE: Some time this month.

BUDGET RANGE: 500-700, This is not a set price budget. Just a area I would like to be in.

SYSTEM USAGE: Business/ Gaming once a blue moon? My system focus is to be build around as a trading machine (Futures Market).

PARTS NOT REQUIRED:

1)Keyboard
2)Mouse
3)Video Card??? I would like to use the 2 PCI ATI cards that I have now.
4)Old hard drive as a backup.
5)3g of DDR2 Ram. I am hoping I can reuse this ram on the new build.

PREFERRED WEBSITE(S) FOR PARTS:

1) NewEgg.com
2) Mwave.com
3) frys.com
4) xoxide.com

ANY OTHER SITES ANYONE CAN SUGGEST?

PARTS PREFERENCES: Not to sure on this one. This is were I need help! I would like to go with AMD Phenom II X4 965 Processor, OR Intel I7 920 Processor.

OVERCLOCKING: Yes, to a safe level though... I plan on getting 3-4yrs use out of this computer, hopefully no additional upgrades will be needed.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS:

Right now I run 3 monitors for trading futures... They all run at 1280 x 1024.

Things I will need help on choosing/Suggestions.

Think best choice for CPU budget wise is I750 for Intel and Phenom II X4 955

Mobo : For I5 : Gigabyte P55 UD3, Asus P7P55D For AM3 cpu : GigaByte GA-MA770T-UD3P

Ram wise I would go with Low voltage 4gb DDR3 1333mhz or 1600Mhz C8 or 9

PSU ; a decent 500-600 watter is enough, inside a small case a PSU with modular cables might be nice to maximise airflow : eg OCZ Modstream 600W, Coolermaster 620...

I really like the Antec 300 with an added front fan...
