Hotmail + ppt = problems

I have this problems for weeks. Everytime someone sends me a ppt file, I get this at the end of the message:

Somebody else having this problem? Anybody knows how I could report it.

P.s.: don't start about "get gmail" or get this or that. I already have gmail, but everybody is to stubborn to use it :spank:

well try forwarding the mail to your gmail.

I got no idea if this could work, but it's the best I got ATM.
hotmail is only hotmail.
