| GPS mouse for hiring ? I am going on holiday from 30/08 till 05/09. Is there someone living around Aalst from whom I can use a GPS mouse with a laptop connection? I will pay something like 25€, and return the mouse after my holiday. Thanks in advance. |

| A GPS-mouse is a device you need for your laptop or PDA so you can navigate with TomTom across any country with your car. There are also GPS-devices using Bluetooth or Compact Flash A GPS-mouse is a GPS-device which is wired. |

| Perhaps I will have soon a PDA with GPS (a gift). Thanks Sharpside for the link, but if there would be someone so nice to let me use his GPS-mouse for a week (from 30/8 till 05/09) I would be very happy. |

| You need map too. Without map, it will be the tracking function. I use a hand held GPS for 5 years; which could be hooked up to PDA or Laptop.

| I own TomTom navigator 2. So software is no problem. Since I will get in the future a PDA (and don't know which brand) I can't buy a GPS-device because the connections can differ. Therefore only for this holiday, I would like to use / hire one. |

| Understand. I have been using Garmin eMap for 5 years; before this I used another hand held from Garmin which was water proof for outdoor. With 16 MB ram, most large city map could be stored (up/down loads). It hooks up to any laptop using USB port. How is the satellite signals reception in your area??
