Epox 8K5A2+... wow!

Ok, I got annoyed at the silly problems that my KX7 was exhibiting, so I decided to set it aside and try a mobo from another vendor that is known for OCing, Epox... and whoa, my benchmarks improved. However, the memory bench was not up to par with the KX7. Ah well. It might be all in my head, but games seem to run smoother and the machine runs faster in general. A gain in "real world" performance. I'll get some benchmarks together

It seems this board gets higher benches all around, other than memory bandwidth. This weekend for sure I'll get some screenshots of sandra benchmarks and the 3DMark score URLs for the KX7 and the 8K5A2+... hang on i'll get them now!

edit: It seems that the ORB is down for maintenance right now.
