Default Dell Prices

I was looking at the Dell website for a new pc for someone and I noticed something odd about the price for the flatscreen:

Even without the €22 redution they charge €25 extra for the monitor so I'm wondering whether they change something else about the pc's (eg. adding the DVI-port to the pc) or whether they just try to rip us off

Isn't that cheap for a screen like that ?
A few years back, I bought a 37" TV from Dell.
It was € 1999 on the site, but you got € 400 discount.
When I ordered it I had to pay € 1100 shipment included.
I got 2x400Euro's discount
