Alonso (works for TwinMOS Germany) made a post on XS that sums up pretty much all you need to know to select TwinMOS memory with the beloved and all new Winbond BH-5 and CH-5 chips. Most of you already knew this but having it in one single post makes things all the more easier don't you think?
