Default windows memtest version good as standalone one?

because i am writing a review of gskill pc4800 i want to test it on stability.
is the windows version reliable?
or should i use the bootversion?

use the bootable! CDROM ISO or Floppy

use the latest one to change mem timings on the fly, if needed

after memtest passes at a certain speed boot into windows and run a few loops of 3DMark03/05 to test stability, as I've found that memtest stable != windows stable.

run Memtest #5 in loop btw, this will stress the memory and you'll catch errors quickly

to get there, if I remember correct is
hit 2 [enter] 2 [enter] 2 [enter] 5 [enter] (might have on too many iterations of 2 )

yep 1/3/5/enter/0

and between 1/3/5 no enters needed

i passed test5 on 300mhz memspeed, 2.75V and 2.5-3-3-5 but superpi aint stable
