 |  Remembering screensaver As i have different users and as i want some added security i installed a password protected screensaver. If the pc is left alone when logged on, the screensaver turns on after 4 mins. Only the user or admin can "unblock" it. This is already working on 2 pc's, never had ANY problems. But now i have a freshly installed pc with amnesia. It refuses to remember that i want a password protected screensaver. After installation and logoff - logon the settings are gone. OS = W2K |

| logon as admin when changing the settings? |

| Nope, still amnesia even when changed to administrator. They were already "standard users" which is part of the powerusers. I have this installed on 3 pc's ... for 2 or 3 years ... never experienced this ... i have absolutely no clue ... it's a freshly installed OS ... everything is exactly like the other 3 pc's (W2K + Office). Dumb problems are the worst.
