Default Help wtih PCMark05

I'm haing problems getting score from PCMark05? I've downloaded Media Encoder 9 and Media Player 10, Direct-X 9.0c etc

This has happened before if those programs above weren't installed or sometimes if VDIMM isn't high enough during memory overclocking.

Anyway after running thebenchamrk the little box dispays no score and reads "System Suite must be selected and run to obtain a PCMark score"
I never had to "select a system suite' but I do remeber having this trouble once before and I think I did "select" system suite I just know how. regardless thyere's something wrong.
Here's what I see below plus the open window where I guess your supposed to select system suite.
