Default error msg, what is it and how to solve?

sorry it's in dutch, but like hell i'm gonna translate it while keeping it understandable
anyone know what this is? and how to solve it?

What's the temp you get ?

If the temp is reasonable:
Change ram

If ram is OK:
CMOS reset
Disable ALL onboard stuff (lan - sata - sound - com - paralel - ...)
Reboot

a) You got an update out of working hours, within 9 hours. Of a topic that's posted at 0.44h. "finally, an update!" is not appropreate here.

b) RAM can still be malfunctioning, the fact that it's "new" has nothing to do with it. if all things "new" would work, there would be no such thing as warranty.

c) www.memtest86.com -> memory test. Dwnload it and try it.
