Default Defragging the MFT

Hi guys I could use a little help on this, While defragmenting using diskeeper it informs me my master file table on my windows drive is heavil fragmented. I know what this can possibly result in the only problem is I'm not sure how to fix it. Everytime I use diskeeper it doesnt defrag the MFT. Anyone know of a tool or util that will?

diskeeper can do it.

select "change your settings"
select "set a boot-time defragmentation"
select your system drive
then tick the box next to "Defragment the MFT"

click OK, reboot
