| blocking certain functions on a pc a friend of mine is getting a new pc. his roommate is kinde good in destroying stuff. so he wants to limit the things the roomate can do on the pc. like internet ,burning cd's ,etc. how can i do this the easiest way in winxp pro. without spending money on software that is . tia |
