| ATIRADEON 9800 PRO problem...please help I just purchased an ATIRADEON 9800Pro 128-256 and my bad luck...jeeeezzzz!!!! I lost the Power Extension Cable the card comes with and it is a type Y kind of cable that connects to the power supply and one end goes to the video card and the third end goes to the Hard Drive(dunno why ATIRADEON asks to install that extension cable anyhow). ATIRADEON wants an arm and a leg for a replacement cable. I was looking in the internet for similar cable and found some but not exactly the same. Can I skip the darn cable and connects the card directly to a molex connector from the Power Supply?...or the card has to be pluged to that cable. Thanks guys. |

| if you really need one (aka you dont have enough molexes on your PSU), just buy one at your local computerstore, it shouldnt cost more than a couple of bucks... (1.5 to 2 euros overhere) |
