| XP2100 TB B-core Hi I got a question. I have a brand new XP2100+ running on an Abit KX7-333. At this moment the cpu is running very stable at 13*177, or 2300 Mhz and this with 1.775Vcore. Now , when i increase my FSB one more, the computer crashes. I can't get it stable. I already tried to increase Vcore a little more (max 1.85), but it just won't work. In my BIOS, all multipliers below 13 are available, but when i decrease my multiplier, the CPU won't POST any more and i have to clear CMOS and restart. What's the reason for this? Weren't all T'Bred B's unlocked out of the box? What is my problem? Is my motherboard the limiting element here? CPU doesn't hit 50 when Priming for hours, so temp is no problem. |
