| X800 Voltmodding here we go. now i don't have any warranty anymore, i can play with my card as mutch as i want. because i like higher and higher clocks and cooling. lets torture that board to teh limit. hey wasn't that a msi brand card if you look carefully you can see the other sticker under the original googled for some vmods and this is the best guide i found http://www.vr-zone.com/?i=852&s=1 going to get some pots today or this weekend and solder them on place. later this day i'll post some pics of my card. greets:grin:

| here's another guide: this one also has a mod for Vddq because last time I checked, shamino's guide only explains how to do the Vgpu, Vdd and Voverprotect mods. http://forums.techpowerup.com/showthread.php?t=194 |

| tired from driving? what, you had to step on the brake to often? I bought all at once but since I only came accross the guide with the vddq after, I probably won't have the right value for it. Eather way I'll have to wait because I just modded my mobo and if something goes wrong. I won't have much trouble pinpointing the problem. (let's hope this droop mod works it's magic or the prescott adventure will leave a bitter taste for a loooooong time :grum: ) |

no boot :wtf: I really hope I didn't kill the board, in my humble opinion, only thing that could have happened is that I overheated a component. nice, if it doesn't boot tomorrow (cmos reset overnight) I can start unmodding it again :grum: | |
