which power supply is stable for video editing??

I'm new to this forum and and don't know where to post this message. So I just post this message in this area.

Anyway, I just need some suggestions or ideas from this forum about which power supply is best use for video editing???I will have a few external peripherals eg, Creative Audigy external sound card, printer, USB router modem etc..and the rest of system include P4 3.0G, DVD burners, DVD room, Video capture card etc...would Antec 450 watts or Cooler Master 450watts will do the job for me???

Thank you everyone for your advise.

cheers,
