Default P4 Prescott Cooling

Hi,
I have the P4 Prescott E with the stock HSF on. I have Corsair XMS Platimum 512mb PC3200 Ram and a gigabyte 8S655FX mobo. My question is, wat is the best HSF/Fan air cooling setup for overclocking?

Thanks

Gabbi
