| uhm, google ? The formula for the CPU speed is: FSB*multi=CPU MHz Since the multi is probably locked, you can only change the fsb, thus changing the cpu speed. So you have to up your fsb; by doing that you'll increase the ram speed (FSB=RAM MHz if the cpu:ram divider is 1:1). Test the stability of the cpu with Prime95 (Options>torture test>In place large FTTs). If you get an error, try increasing the VCore abit (0,05 to get it stable, 0,1 to oc more). If the CPU is stable, check your RAM (Options>Torture Test>Blend or SuperPi or Memtest68). If there are errors, try increasing the VMem. If there still are errors after increasing the Vmem and VCore (same fsb/ram speeds), try increasing the VDD (chipset voltage). No, do mind one thing, watch the temperatures and don't get the VCore to high. (these are what I would go max for, if you want more, go ahead) Stock cooling (or cheap *** cooling): I won't go past 1.75V, some do, but I won't trust it. Good cooling, but silent: 1.85V max. Extreme air cooling, delta powaaah: Maybe 1.95V-2.00V Water cooling: 2.0V Phase Change: no limit  |
