Default memtest error

Memtest gives at 260FSB 1 error (5/4). At 250 FSB (1:1) i have no errors.
My ram doesn't like dividers..? (Memtest stressed the memory but also a bit the cpu).
I've runned each test only 2 hours.

Why? I believe BIOS codings/tables take more than just the physical BIOS Ram. Your memory may not be one of the approved brand that the divsional table in the BIOS is having computation errors.

better buy other RAM that can do 1:1 at higher FSB?

Well, I have memory sticks that run at 1:1 at 260 that perform worst than 5:4 ratio. Since, I'm cheap, and can never understand how to testify in spending over $200 for memory, I stay with Micron/Crucial; Apacer; Buffalo; OEM type memory.

I've learnt Corsair may have tight timing, but the OCing may not be as great. If money is not a factor (this is rare), go for Corsair.

I only need ram that's good ocing for mu p4c800 e deluxe. Yes i like twinmos better

i have apacer memory and never have spend mush money on memory but i think i'm going for better one's

it does cas2.5/3-3-6

so don't know if this is good or not.

thinking of buying me some GEIL 512MB PC3500 433MHz ULTRA Platinum @ 133€

i think that's pretty cheap @ that speed

is this good ?
