Inverter

Today, a few minutes after I got my inverter, I hooked it up, and...for a few seconds nothing...and then BOOM.

Now, I've blown up a condensator. My dad says he can fix it, but he has to know what was typed on this condenstator. I ordered it at Tones. Can anybody help me?

Do you mean the black thingie near the 12V input? That's about the only thing that has nothing written on it.

Hehe,
no next to it, there is also a black 'tower' with some tex on it.

Very hard to read but this is what those 2 black, three-legged towers say:
02383
0-013

The huge yellow coil reads this:
zm12-1

Hope this helps

It aren't the three-legged ones. But it looks like a blikske, so I hope it is that yellow thing on your inverter.(but it isnt that huge)

MOD: I found a pic of a whole inverter. I'm talking about the most right tower.(a bit in the back)

Just Bring it back to the shop that you Byed it and say that it was broken at the beginning

Thx a lot mate, I still have a condenstator with those specs. I'm gonna try this first, otherwise, I blame taxipost
