short answer: yes
long answer: google.com

my first stick of Corsair memory was PC2400, it ran at PC2800 speeds and up (181Mhz to be exact, at tight timings)

current crop of Corsair memory is pretty good too, make sure you pick the right memory for the right mobo/cpu combination

Intel: high speed (PC3700+) if your CPU and mobo can handle it
AMD: low latencies (PC3200/PC3500)
